Bionic Extreme Durability Guarantee

Bionic products have been designed to be extremely durable, even for the most aggressive chewers. However sometimes the design of a toy and Bionic play of a dog just don't match up. See our sizing guide to choose appropriate toys for your dog.

Less than 5% of dogs find a way to outsmart our Bionic Rubber® based products (which is why we are required to say it's extremely durable). If your dog is in this rare "breed" of dog and has destroyed one of our chew toys beyond what you feel is reasonable we are happy to offer our free one-time replacement guarantee by sending the following:

  1. The name, age and breed of your dog (this isn't required, but helps us to better understand the dogs that are playing with our products).
  2. Select the product you'd like to obtain as your replacement (we recommend trying a different toy, since some designs can have more durability than others).
  3. Send us the damaged toy and proof of purchase (we guarantee products for 30 days from the date of purchase). Our lab inspects each part and records data that is used to make improvements for future products. When we're done, we recycle the entire toy.
  4. Include your contact information - that's how we'll know where to send the replacement toy.
  5. Mail everything above to:

We gladly offer this guarantee in good faith and at your discretion. With heavy use of any toy, normal damage is to be expected, even with Bionic toys. However you know your dog – and we trust your judgment.

Q & A

How many times can I return the toy for a replacement?
One time per customer. If your dog managed to destroy multiple Bionic toys, then you truly do have an amazing dog. – Have you thought about enlisting him/her in a product testing group? We often have openings.

What Bionic toys are covered by this guarantee?
Everything except for our Toss-N-Tug toy, which is not intended to be an aggressively chewed product.

What if my dog ate some of the toy?
In most cases, there's no need to worry. Bionic Rubber® is made from FDA food grade materials. Bionic Rubber® has been rigorously tested to ensure it does not contain any harmful phthalates, hormones, lead, cadmium, mercury, natural rubber, Bisphenoal A, asbestos or latex.

However, we do recommend you remove the toy from your dog's possession if the dog appears to be destroying the toy.

Returns

Bionic takes great pride in our products. If you have a product that has a defect in material and workmanship, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Bionic Pet Products does not set retail pricing levels. For this reason, we are not able to issue refund payments or reimbursement payments for any product not directly purchased from Bionic Pet Products (including on-line orders such as Amazon.com or those which are placed from any site other than www.bionicplay.com). However, many retail stores may have their own refund policy. Please check with the store where you purchased the product for more information.
